Booking Confirmation Policy:

  • Reservation can be done online / at Reception.
  • Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 100% Advance Remittance.
  • Check-In time is 1.00 P.M. and Check-Out Time is 11.00 A.M.
  • All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
  • Valid photo ID containing names, ages and genders of all the guests is required for booking.
  • As per the Government of India directives, it is mandatory for all the guests – Adults & Children, to show any valid Photo ID proof (Passport in case of Foreign Nationals) at the time of Check-In.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult

Note: Rooms are subject to availability in the Hotel/ Resort.

Arrival and Departure Policy

  • Check In – 1300 Hours (1.00 p.m.)
  • Check Out – 1100 Hours (11.00 a.m.)
  • Early arrival & Late departure can be accommodated, subject to availability & chargeable.
  • Unless expressly stated otherwise, customers must vacate their room on or before 11:00 hours on the final day of the reservation. Failing this, an additional charge is applicable

Child Policy:

  • Children between  0-7 years complimentary with parents/ Adults.
  • Children between 7-12 years will be charged 25% of total package cost.
  • Extra adult/Child above the age of 12  in the same Room will be charged 35% of the package cost.

Meal Policy:

  • A P (American Plan)-  Room with Buffet Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
  • M A P (Modified American Plan) – Room with Buffet Breakfast, Lunch Or Dinner.
  • C P (Continental Plan) – Room with Buffet Breakfast

Room Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 45 or more days before check in date will be free.
  • Cancellations made more than 15 days in advance but less than 45 days will incur a 50% cancellation charge on the tariff.
  • No shows and cancellations made 0 to 15 days in advance will incur a 100% cancellation charges and no Refunds will be made on such cancellations.

During the Peak Season (i.e. Weekend or during festive holidays (Holi, Diwali, Christmas,  New Year/ Eid and other National Holidays )  different cancellation policy is applicable. Please check with the Resort for details.

Jeep Safari Cancellation Policy

  • Maximum 50 days advance booking is allowed
  • Traveller ids along with names, ages and genders of ‘ALL’ travellers is required for booking.
  • Govt approved photo ids are required for safari reservation processing.
  • Resort can only assist for getting safari booked and holds no guarantee for the same.
  • Jeep Safaris once booked cannot be cancelled or modified, as per Forest Department regulations. In case of cancellation, safari is non-refundable.
  • No changes can be made once permit is booked
  • Resort is only a facilitator in arranging the transport. Any delay/ hurdle caused due to technical issue, weather conditions or reasons beyond our control will not be resorts responsibility.
  • Safari needs to be pre booked and is not guaranteed without prior reservation.

Our Standard Policies

  • Bookings are confirmed on receipt of 100% Advance Remittance.
  • Please carry a valid government issued photo identity and address proof with you for Check In formalities (PAN Card is not accepted as a valid Identity Card)
  • The Credit / Debit Card holder should be one the travellers, if you have booked with us using it. Mode of payments accepted at the resort are via UPI, Cash & Credit Card / Debit Card only (Mastercard & Visa). Credit card payment will entertain surcharge as per the Bank policies. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains or is resulted from a mistake or error.

Important Information:

Mobile network connectivity is weak in the area. However,  only Jio mobile network receives good signal strength in this area.


Property shall not be liable for any failure of or delay in the performance of the agreement for the period that such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, death, war, strikes or labour disputes, embargoes, government orders or any other force majeure event thus classified. (Force majeure is defined as any event or condition, not existing as of the date of signature of the contract, not reasonably foreseeable as of such date and not reasonably within the control of either party, which prevents, in whole or in significant part, the performance by one of the parties of its contractual obligations, or which renders the performance of such obligations so difficult or costly as to make such performance commercially unreasonable.) In case of any matter or issues arising hereunder, shall be subjected to solutions arising of mutual consent & agreement.
