• Reservation Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as per the terms of your booking.
• Booking Amendments: Any changes to your reservation must be communicated in writing and are subject to availability. Changes may incur additional charges depending on room availability and the nature of the change.
• Age Policy: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation Terms:
• 14 days or more prior to check-in: Full refund minus processing fees.
• 7–14 days prior to check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days prior to check-in: No refund.
• No-Show Policy: No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.

4. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Payment Terms

• Payments can be made via credit/debit cards, online transfers, or other accepted methods listed on our website.
• Full payment must be made before check-in unless specified otherwise.

6. Use of Facilities

• Guests are expected to use resort facilities responsibly and maintain cleanliness and decorum.
• Any damage to property caused by the guest or their party will be charged to the guest.

  • Any personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the stay.
  • Delays or disruptions due to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are only permitted in designated areas.
• Illegal activities, including drug use or any other behavior that violates local laws, are strictly prohibited.
